Feasibility Studies
Feasibility evaluation services cover a wide variety of project feasibility investigations, including conceptual studies, prefeasibility studies, and feasibility studies. Conceptual studies are prepared to optimize design or equipment alternatives, based on definable technical and economic factors. Prefeasibility studies are prepared to assist clients with justification of internal financing requirements for exploration or mine development programs. Feasibility studies, including full economic modeling, are prepared to assist clients with outside financing requirements.
Feasibility studies cover the full range of mining facilities including mine access development, ore extraction, processing, tailings disposal and infrastructure. Studies include preparation of general arrangement designs, production schedules, preproduction capital cost and schedule estimates including cash flow requirements, mine operating costs and life cycle economic evaluation.
